Promotions
Our staff team consists of Trial Moderators, Junior Moderators, Senior Moderators, Junior Admins, Senior Admins, Supervisors, and Management. Promotions are determined by multiple factors, including the number of infractions, activity levels, and for administrators, their participation in training sessions and ride-alongs also plays a significant role.
If you are a trial moderator, you must wait one week before being considered for promotion to junior moderator. Furthermore, if you were promoted the previous week, you may not be considered for promotion the following week. If you wish to pursue a promotion, we advise you to exceed the 2-hour quota and maintain an active presence throughout the week with no infractions.
Keep in mind:
Notices do not affect your promotions; however, higher punishments such as warnings, strikes, demotions, and terminations do.
Hinting or asking for promotions will decrease your chances of being promoted. Therefore, we advise against doing so.
You will never be free-ranked, skip a rank, or be promoted when you aren't supposed to be, unless discussed by HRs.
