Infractions

Please review our infractions page to understand how our infractions work and how they are issued.

Infractions are issued to staff members who do not follow our guidelines or engage in unacceptable behavior. All infractions are recorded in our database. We take infractions seriously and enforce strict consequences based on their severity.

Two notices will result in a warning. Two warnings will result in a strike, and two strikes will result in either a demotion or termination. Expired infractions do not count.

➥ If you have two warnings and two strikes, you will automatically be terminated. If you have one warning, one strike, and any number of notices, you will be demoted.

Notice: A notice is issued for relatively minor infractions and serves as a verbal warning. While these notices are logged on your record within our database for documentation purposes, they typically do not have an immediate impact on your current circumstances.

Warning: Warnings are issued in response to somewhat serious matters and are meticulously logged into your personnel record within our database. The presence of such notices can potentially influence future opportunities, including career.

Strike: Strikes are administered in response to substantial violations, with the potential to impact career progression. The accumulation of three strikes may lead to termination, and all strike incidents are meticulously logged in your personnel record within our database.

Demotion: A demotion is a serious disciplinary action resulting from not fulfilling the responsibilities of one's role effectively, indicating a need for a different position. The infraction issuer will determine the new rank, and this change will be recorded on your personnel record within our database for reference.

Termination: A Termination is an extremely serious measure that is taken in response to multiple repeated violations or actions that are deemed completely unacceptable within our team, resulting in the individual's removal from the staff team. This will be on your record within our database for the future.
