# Department Regulations

### **(1.1) Driving**  <a href="#department-rules" id="department-rules"></a>

* As you are a LEO, you are not to drive recklessly. Additionally, you must not break city laws without your headlights being on.

### (1.2) Whitelisted <a href="#id-1.2-whitelisted" id="id-1.2-whitelisted"></a>

* The Washington State Patrol is whitelisted, which means you must apply to join the team. You may not use any supervisor, undercover, or ghost liveries, as they are whitelisted. In the fire department, SUVs, AMR livery vehicles, and the MCI bus are whitelisted; you must not use them for personal purposes.

### (1.3) Scenes <a href="#id-1.3-scenes" id="id-1.3-scenes"></a>

* If there's a suspect with a hostage, you cannot rush into the house and kill the suspect. They have a hostage; roleplay it.

### (1.4) Supervisor <a href="#id-1.4-supervisor" id="id-1.4-supervisor"></a>

* A supervisor can request your removal from the team by contacting the staff if you aren't being realistic and role-playing correctly as a LEO. Staff can do the same.

### (1.5) Drama <a href="#id-1.5-drama" id="id-1.5-drama"></a>

* Do not create or involve yourself in drama. If you encounter any conflicts or issues with a department or its head, please notify the department overseer.

### (1.6) Jurisdiction <a href="#id-1.6-jurisdiction" id="id-1.6-jurisdiction"></a>

* Jurisdiction has an effect: the Seattle Police must stay within the city, the King County Sheriff must remain within the county, and the Washington State Patrol may patrol the entire state. You can break your jurisdiction for high-risk calls or pursuits.

### (1.7) Fire Department <a href="#id-1.7-fire-department" id="id-1.7-fire-department"></a>

* EMS must utilize the International Ambulance with the SFD livery if they aren't whitelisted.
